Training & Placement Committee

Functions

• To plan and organize training programs such as soft skills, aptitude, and technical training for students.
• To coordinate with companies and industries for campus recruitment drives and internship opportunities
• To maintain and update the database of eligible students for placements.
• To guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career development.
• To arrange campus interviews, group discussions, and pre-placement talks.
• To ensure smooth conduct of placement drives within the institution.
• To establish and maintain good relationships with recruiters and industry professionals.
• To identify training needs of students and arrange appropriate skill development programs.
• To track placement records and prepare reports of student placements.
• To motivate and support students to improve employability and achieve better placement opportunities.

Meetings

The Training and Placement Committee shall meet thrice a year.
